PLEASE READ OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT.

WE OPERATE A STRICT 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY - NO EXCEPTIONS

* On booking an appointment all clients should receive a confirmation email. We recommend you download the FRESHA APP to manage your appointment more efficiently.

Clients who book over the phone or in Clinic with our Therapists are required to confirm their booking within 24 hours by entering their Card Details onto the Secure Fresha Card Capture (Please ensure your correct email is on your FRESHA profile - no payment is taken at the time of booking) if we do not receive confirmation within 24 hours your appointment will be cancelled.

If you prefer not to enter your card details a 50% non refundable booking fee/deposit can be paid instead at the time of booking.

* Clients should receive a reminder 72 hours prior to their appointment. Cancellation/rescheduling is permitted for free up to 48 hours ahead of an appointment via the APP or your confirmation email. Do not leave an answerphone/text message out of hours as you will still be charged.

* Less than 48 hours cancellation or wanting to reschedule an appointment is not permitted without incurring a 100% treatment charge and the online system will not process or approve it. Please do not text or leave an answerphone message to cancel, you will still be charged.

HOW TO CANCEL / RESCHEDULE

If you do not require your appointment, please ensure you cancel it/reschedule it asap via the online booking service (www.fresha.com). Go to your confirmation email and press either reschedule or cancel - this is only possible up to 48 hours prior to your appointment time otherwise it’s a full treatment charge.

MOBILE PHONES/CHILDREN
Please have your phone on silent whilst in the Salon… someone maybe having a relaxing treatment in another room. We do not allow young children in the Salon to maintain a quiet space.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASK FOR A 50% BOOKING FEE ON TREATMENTS VALUED AT £70 OR 90 MINS LONG, or PAYMENT UPFRONT FOR 2 HOUR or LONGER APPOINTMENTS

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSONAL BELONGINGS WHILST CLIENTS ARE IN THE CLINIC. PLEASE REMOVE VALUABLE ITEMS ( JEWELLERY, SILK DRESSES etc BEFORE TREATMENT.

MALE CLIENTS underwear must be worn during treatments… we reserve the right to refuse treatment and take full payment.
