Vouchers are valid for treatment services and/or retail purchases.

To purchase online head back to our home page and click the link to our retail website www.creationsskincare.co.uk.
We provide both physical vouchers & e-vouchers - a £1 postage surcharge is applicable unless the e-voucher option is selected.
Collection & purchase from the salon is also available.
HOW TO REDEEM
New Clients
Please contact the Salon on 07768 027704 and tell our Therapists you have a Gift Voucher to redeem and we will get you booked in.
Or you can book via the link on this website's home page, our Facebook page, or Instagram...Please Do Not Book Direct Through The Fresha APP. (Please quote your voucher number to our Therapist or place the number in the notes when booking online).
If the treatment you have booked is more than your Gift Voucher Value you will be asked by our booking system to confirm your appointment within 24 hours by providing a bank card (secure system) or you can pay the remainder whilst booking over the phone.
Existing Clients
Existing Clients are welcome to book online - please add your voucher number in the notes.
When you attend your appointment you must bring your voucher with you, otherwise full payment will be payable.
CANCELLATIONS
Our 48 hours Cancellation Policy applies to Gift Voucher Treatments- If you cancel or try to reschedule your appointment within the 48 hours leading up to your appointment your Gift Voucher Value will be Lost & Void.
