Please do not leave a message on our phone lines to cancel…cancellations must be done via your booking email to avoid charges.
Please ensure you are not contraindicated for the Treatment you have booked..Where possible an Alternative Treatment will be offered (at Therapists Discretion) …this maybe a lower or higher value treatment however, the full original treatment will be charged for or the extra will be chargeable
