- Terms & Conditions of Booking : WE OPERATE A STRICT 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY - FULL TREATMENT CHARGE IS PAYABLE (IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT DUE TO COVID-19 SYMPTOMS, FEES WILL BE WAIVED, but you must inform us prior to your scheduled time)
- If you do not require your appointment please ensure you cancel it via the online booking service (www.fresha.com) or contact the salon DURING WORKING HOURS PRIOR TO THE 48 HOURS.
( Please remember out of hours phones are not manned , during this time you will need to cancel online)
OUT OF HOURS : go to your confirmation email and follow the instructions, it will NOT let you cancel within 48 hours.
- Management reserve the right to revise/amend opening hours and treatments detailed.
- Please arrive 5 minutes prior to scheduled appointment. Late arrival will result in a reduced treatment time or refusal to complete at a full charge.
