WE OPERATE A STRICT 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY - NO EXCEPTIONS

On booking an appointment all clients will receive a confirmation email. (Please ensure your correct email is on your FRESHA profile.)

Clients will receive a reminder 72 hours prior to their appointment. Cancellation/rescheduling is permitted for free up to 48 hours ahead of an appointment.

Less than 48 hours cancellation or wanting to reschedule an appointment is not permitted without incurring a 100% treatment charge and the online system will not process or approve it. Please do not text or leave an answerphone message to cancel.

HOW TO CANCEL / RESCHEDULE

If you do not require your appointment, please ensure you cancel it/reschedule it via the online booking service (www.fresha.com). Go to your confirmation email and press either reschedule or cancel - this is only possible up to 48 hours prior to your appointment time otherwise it's a full treatment charge.

ILLNESS/EMERGENCY SITUATION

We do appreciate things happen at the last minute, therefore in cases of illness or an emergency situation, if you phone to inform us prior to your appointment time, we will take the full payment for the appointment over the phone & issue a credit for the full treatment against your account, which can be redeemed within 7 days of the original appointment by yourself or a family member.

MOBILE PHONES please have your phone on silent whilst in the Salon... someone maybe having a relaxing treatment in another room.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASK FOR A 50% BOOKING FEE ON TREATMENTS VALUED AT £70 OR MORE ...OR A TIME SLOT OF 90 MINUTES OR MORE,

MALE CLIENTS underwear must be worn during treatments... we reserve the right to refuse treatment and take full payment.
