If you do not require your appointment please ensure you cancel it via the online booking service (www.fresha.com) or contact the salon DURING WORKING HOURS PRIOR TO THE 48 HOURS.
OUT OF HOURS: Go to your confirmation email and follow the instructions, it will NOT let you cancel within 48 hours. Please remember out of hours phones are not manned , during this time you will need to cancel online.
